1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for car bookings through UR cabs. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website.
2.2. Partial payment is advised during the time of booking or on confirmation.
2.3. We accept [ UPI, Google Pay, Phone Pe & other payment and Cash].
2.4. Prices are subject to change without notice, but rates confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
2.5. Extra Charges for Permit, Parking and Toll Fees as per the actuals and for the Driver Bata, Rupees 300/Day..
3. Cancellations and Modifications
3.1. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least [12 hours] prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any penalties.
3.2. A cancellation fee of [50% of the Advance booking amount] will be charged for cancellations made after this period.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
4. Pick-Up and Drop-Off
4.1. The car will be available for pick-up at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
4.2. The final Trip amount will be considered as per the Last Trip Closure point.
4.3. For Round Trips, in case of extension or delay from customer end, the tariffs will be calculated as per our Booking and Payment Terms and conditions.
5. Driver Requirements
5.1. Our Drivers are holding a valid Driver's License for the class of Vehicle rented.
5.2. Our Drivers have a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving.
6. Vehicle Use
6.1. The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or for purposes not disclosed at the time of booking.
6.3. Smoking, pets, or carrying hazardous materials in the vehicle is prohibited unless otherwise agreed.
7. Customer's Responsibility
7.1. Customers will be responsible for their belongings during the travel. We expect and suggest customers to check the belongings while dropping off at the drop location.
7.2. In the event of an accident, the customer must notify the company immediately and follow the provided accident reporting procedure.
